Precautionary measures are being taken to increase hygiene and social distancing during the Covid-19 epidemic.
Waste Connection will pickup trash that is placed in the trash can ONLY. All bags should be tied for protection of Waste Connection employees. Anything outside of the trash can WILL NOT be picked up.
Waste Connection WILL NOT be sending employees back to a residents to pick up trash.

Application, Residential City Service, Water & Gas – If you wish to add Gas or Water Service to your location, please print and complete the form. Next, you must deliver to Madisonville City Hall and pay for the Activation cost and other applicable charges.
Agenda Request Form – To be placed on the agenda (approval required), complete the Agenda Request Form. This form must completed and returned to the City Hall seven days prior to the first Monday of each month.
Business License– Please print and complete the form. Next, you must deliver to Madisonville City Hall and pay for the business license charge.

Over the past 2 months, the City of Madisonville has upgraded the water and gas meters to digital meters that allow drive-by reading capabilities. The new meters allow our staff to drive into your neighborhood to quickly and accurately gather the readings from our citizens’ meters.
